September 11 2025TAKE NOTICE that the Council for the Village of Edgerton will hold a Public Hearing to consider the proposed repeal of Bylaw No. 04-25
The Proposed Bylaw
The purpose of the proposed Bylaw No. 04-25, if passed, would be to repeal Bylaws 01-03 Short-term Borrowing, 03-04 Borrowing bylaw and 07-06 Borrowing bylaw, are set to be repealed. The three bylaws are being repealed as they are believed to be inoperative, obsolete, expired, spent or otherwise ineffective.

All persons who claim to be affected by Bylaw 04-25 will be given an opportunity to be heard regarding the proposed bylaw. Pre-registration is recommended and can be sent to the CAO Nick Frank, by email admin@edgerton.ca, By Mail at box 57, Edgerton, AB, T0B 1K0 or in person at the time and location above.
